Over 12 guided weeks, we focus on strength and muscle development, improving joint health, and increasing aerobic capacity in a way that supports an active, confident life.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, perform better at the activities you love, or prepare your body for new adventures (Machu Pichu anyone?), this program gives you structured training with expert support every step of the way.

Coaching is online or onsite, so you can work with me from your home, your gym, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

As a strength and conditioning coach and 2-time CrossFit Games Masters athlete, I understand the value of the investment in training to lead active life.

My passion for skiing, surfing, and playing pickleball, alongside being active with my family, demands physical durability. My personal experience with injuries and surgeries taught me the incredible value of strength training, especially when it came to recovery.

With 17 years of coaching, and the perspective that comes from living, training and playing for 60+ years, I provide coaching that is approachable, lasting, and empowering. Based on the East End of Long Island NY, I enjoy the ocean and the mountains with my family, and the joy that comes from being able to express my physical capabilities. And what I enjoy most is seeing others develop their own physical potential, even in later decades.
